Summary: | The invention relates to a soybean protein peptide as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The soy protein peptide is prepared by the following steps: (1) mixing isolated soy proteinwith ultrapure water, adjusting the pH, and adding alkaline protease for enzymolysis under certain conditions, so as to obtain a crude soy peptide solution; (2) carrying out ultrafiltration separationon the crude soy peptide solution with an ultrafiltration membrane; (3) carrying out chromatographic separation with a Sephadex G-15 gel column; and (4) finally, freeze-drying to obtain the soy protein peptide. The invention also provides the application of the soy protein peptide. The soy protein peptide prepared with the isolated soy protein has a remarkable proliferation promoting effect on osteoblasts.
本发明涉及种大豆蛋白肽及其制备方法和应用。所述大豆蛋白肽采用如下步骤制备:(1)将大豆分离蛋白与超纯水混合,调节pH,添加碱性蛋白酶在定条件下酶解获得粗大豆肽液;(2)使用超滤膜将粗大豆肽液进行超滤分离;(3)采用Sephadex G-15凝胶柱色谱分离;(4)最后进行冷冻干燥得到该大豆蛋白肽。本发明还提供了大豆蛋白肽的用途。本发明以大豆分离蛋白为原料,得到的大豆蛋白肽对成骨细胞具有显著的促进增殖作用。 |
