Abstract Provided are a particle separating device which suppresses attachment of particles to an electrode and improves separation efficiency of particles from a fluid at the same, an air interchanger and anair purifier. The particle separating device (100) separating charged particles (90p) from a fluid such as gas has a first electrode (10) and a second electrode (20) which are configured in a path offlow of the fluid containing the charged particles; and a potential generating circuit (4) applying potential to the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode each contain a plurality of electrode elements (11) and (21) arranged in a direction different from the direction of flow of the fluid. The potential generating circuit generates potential for theplurality of electrode elements by generating a first transmission electric field in which the charged particles are transmitted towards a first direction and a second transmission electric field inwhich the charged particles
