Provided are a particle separating device which suppresses attachment of particles to an electrode and improves separation efficiency of particles from a fluid at the same, an air interchanger and anair purifier. The particle separating device (100) separating charged particles (90p) from a fluid such as gas has a first electrode (10) and a second electrode (20) which are configured in a path offlow of the fluid containing the charged particles; and a potential generating circuit (4) applying potential to the first electrode and the second electrode.
