The ultra short baseline positioning method based on underwater acoustic signal Kalman filter comprises steps: firstly, based on an ultra short baseline triangular matrix, waveforms of three ways of acoustic signals are acquired; corresponding system equations and observation equations are then built, a Kalman filter algorithm is used to carry out noise reduction processing on the signals, and a phase difference between processed signals isacquired; and finally, the acquired phase difference is substituted to a mathematical model of the ultra short baseline positioning system, and a high-precision positioning result is solved.
