The invention discloses a lifting and pulling gate of a telescopic vertical column. A vertical column side clamping groove and a vertical column upper clamping groove are symmetrically formed in bothsides of the vertical column. The water retaining gates are arranged in the vertical column side clamping groove and the vertical column upper clamping groove in a sleeving and sealing mode. Embeddedguiding water retaining walls are separately located at the two sides of the water retaining gates. Sealing sliding ways are separately arranged on the two inner side walls of the embedded guiding water retaining walls. The two sides of the water retaining gates are installed in a sealing mode in the corresponding sealing sliding ways and can slide. A lifting mechanism capable of driving the lifting movement of the vertical column is arranged on the inner side of the foundation below the vertical column.
