The novel scraper pan is simple in structure; when soil scraped by the scraper pan is enough, an external power supply is switched on to start the motor so as to rotate a circular disc, so that a second connecting rod moves back and forth in a reciprocating way under a limiting action of a limiting block; a baffle plate can prevent the soil from leaking out from the scraper pan, so that the problem that according to a traditional machine, the soil can be only prevented from leaking out by upwards inclining the scraper pan is solved; and when the baffle plate needs to be opened, a first electromagnet and a second electromagnet are electrified so as to attract mutually, a clamping rod is separated from a second groove, the motor is started to enable the baffle plate to clockwise rotate under the act
