The invention discloses a method for determining the reasonable dismounting and mounting work procedure of a building on a chainette arch. According to a drawing, the structural basic parameter valueis obtained, achainette is approximately replaced with a catenary, the deflection v(x,i) of any section i when unit force acts on the position x of the section of the chainette arch is calculated, andwork condition-deflection curves of all key sections corresponding several dismounting and mounting schemes planned to be adopted are compared and selected through excel. The method is used for uniform-section chainette hinge-free arch bridges. Through the method, an analysis relation expressionbetween the deflection of the key sections and the all parameters of the structure during dismounting and mounting of the building on the arch is determined, and can directly reflect the mechanical relation between the deflection value of the arch key section and the all parameters of the structure, sothat grasping of engineers
