Summary: | The invention discloses an RNA inhibitor and application thereof in inhibiting the activity of F1F0-ATP synthase. The RNA inhibitor has RNA sequences shown as SEQ ID NO.1-4. A small fragment RNA sequence is obtained through chemical synthesis, and the sequence can be combined with alpha subunits of the F1F0-ATP synthase in cells to release the alpha subunits of F1F0-ATP synthase from cell membranes to cytoplasm, so that F1F0-ATP synthase is depolymerized, and therefore intracellular ATP synthesis is inhibited. The RNA inhibitor has the advantages of high specificity and high inhibition efficiency.
