The invention discloses an automated container wharf. Three-station type water gates, a container yard, an intra-yard transfer vehicle operating area and a travelling bridge operating area are sequentially arranged in the direction from the land side to the sea side. The container yard is arranged in the direction perpendicular to a shoreline. A sea side interaction area is designed at the side, adjacent to the shoreline, of the yard, a land side interaction area is designed at the side, away from the shoreline, of the yard, and therefore, the moving path of extra-yard transport vehicles can be completely separated from the moving path of intra-yard transfer vehicles; the problems that due to intersection of the moving paths of the two types of vehicles, road congestion is caused inside the yard, and the operation procedure is forced to be interrupted are avoided; and integral operation efficiency of the wharf can be improved conveniently.
