Summary: | The invention discloses a method and a system for highlighted display of a target in a three-dimensional CT image. The method comprises the steps of receiving a selection of a user for rays under at least two different view angles; determining an expected coordinate point, wherein a sum of distances from the expected coordinate point to the rays under the different view angles is minimal; and selecting a target indicated by the expected coordinate point as an expected target, and performing the highlighted display on the expected target in the three-dimensional CT image. Through the method andthe system, the user can quickly and accurately perform the highlighted display on a suspected object in the CT image.
