The invention discloses a method and a system for highlighted display of a target in a three-dimensional CT image. The method comprises the steps of receiving a selection of a user for rays under at least two different view angles; determining an expected coordinate point, wherein a sum of distances from the expected coordinate point to the rays under the different view angles is minimal; and selecting a target indicated by the expected coordinate point as an expected target, and performing the highlighted display on the expected target in the three-dimensional CT image. Through the method andthe system, the user can quickly and accurately perform the highlighted display on a suspected object in the CT image. 本发明公开了种高亮显示三维CT图像中的目标的方法和系统，其中，所述方法包括：接受用户在至少两个不同视角下的射线的选择；确定期望坐标点；其中，所述期望坐标点到各不同视角下射线的距离和最小；选择所述期望坐标点所指示的目标作为期望目标，并在三维CT图像中对所述期望目标进行高亮显示。通过本发明能够方便用户迅速准确地高亮显示出CT图像中的嫌疑物。
