Summary: | The invention provides a high strength antibacterial macromolecule hydrogel, which is characterized by comprising, by weight, the following components: 8-22 parts of poly-p-styrene sulfonic acid, 12-19 parts of polyacrylamide, 1-5 parts of nonionic cellulose ether, 4-11 parts of chitin, 3-7 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 2-9 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine propionate, 0.8-2.5 parts of reinforcing fiber, 3-9 parts of wood frog antibacterial peptide and 68-88 parts of pure water. The hydrogel has good biocompatibility, mechanical property and mechanical strength. More importantly, the temperature reaction response rate is high in the interval of 37-50 DEG C. The hydrogel can be applied to biological slow-release materials, rapid cooling materials and the like, and can satisfy the demandsof functional materials of information, life and environment, aerospace and other fields.
