The device comprises asingle chip microcomputer (11), a power supply circuit (12), a signal receiving circuit (13), a signal transmitting circuit (14), a display circuit (15) and a reset circuit (16), wherein the input end of the single chip microcomputer (11) is respectively connected with the power supply circuit (12), the signal receiving circuit (13) and the reset circuit (16); the output end of the single chip microcomputer (11) is respectively connected with the signal transmitting circuit (14) and the display circuit (15); the signal receiving circuit (13) is connected with the output end of a backup powerautomatic switching device (2); and the signal transmitting circuit is mutually connected with a working power supply positive pole (24) and a skip signal receiving terminal (25) of the backup power automatic switching device.
