The invention discloses a low-temperature recovery circulating acid pump shaft seal structure. The structure comprises a driving component, a sealing component, a rotor component and an outlet component. The sealing component comprises a packing gland, a packing box, an oil ring, a labyrinth seal ring, packing, lubricating grease, an O-ring, a triple linkage part assembly and a straight-through type forced filling oil cup. The labyrinth seal ring is arranged on the inner side face of the packing box. The O-ring is arranged at the junction between the labyrinth seal ring and the packing box. Byadopting the low-temperature recovery circulating acid pump shaft seal structure, when flue gas reaches the labyrinth seal ring, the flue gas can escape from the two sides of the labyrinth seal ring,and the outer side of the structure is sealed through the O-ring so that the flue gas can only escape from the inner side, dry air is introduced from a breather pipe, and the gas seal ring and the labyrinth seal ring are comb
