The present invention discloses a method and a system for client information protection based on graphic code encryption which can protect personal sensitive information on an express sheet, can avoidclient information leakage, can avoid mistakes by manual input through automatic making of a call and can improve the express workers' efficiency. The method comprises the steps of: performing encryption of sensitive information on an express sheet to graphic codes to avoid client information leakage, performing code scanning of the graphic codes through a mobile phone APP by an express worker toidentify client's phone numbers and automatically make a call when an express is delivered to avoid mistakes by manual input and improve the express workers' efficiency.
