Summary:The invention discloses a method for SERS quantitative analysis by using a self-assembled three-dimensional nanostructure as a substrate. The method comprises the following steps: making precious metal nanoparticles form a nanoparticle monolayer film on a gas-liquid interface in an interface-assisted assembling manner; transferring the nanoparticle monolayer film to the substrate in a pulling manner to obtain a monolayer substrate; performing self-assembling on the substrate in a pulling manner after the monolayer substrate is dry, and repeating above steps until the substrate with a requirednumber of the nanoparticle layers is obtained; and immersing and adsorbing a sample to be detected in the obtained substrate, taking out the substrate a certain time later, drying the substrate, and performing SERS quantitative detection.
