The fracture and ageing resistant cable sheath is prepared from the following raw materials, inparts by weight: 70-75 parts of silicone rubber, 20-30 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20-30 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 15-20 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 2-6 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 4-6 parts of white carbon black, 1-2 parts of polysilazane, 2-3 parts of composite ageing resistant agent, 1-2 parts of vulcanizing agent and 0.5-1parts of accelerant. The fracture and ageing resistant cable sheath has the following advantages that the properties of rubber are improved on the whole, the ageing and fracture resistant property ofthe material is emphatically improved by combining the properties at each aspect, the material is suitable for the outdoor environment, and thus the service life of the material is prolonged.
