The fracture and ageing resistant cable sheath is prepared from the following raw materials, inparts by weight: 70-75 parts of silicone rubber, 20-30 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20-30 parts of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 15-20 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 2-6 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 4-6 parts of white carbon black, 1-2 parts of polysilazane, 2-3 parts of composite ageing resistant agent, 1-2 parts of vulcanizing agent and 0.5-1parts of accelerant.
