The present invention discloses a morel washing device belonging to a washing device of edible fungi. The morel washing device comprises a steam generating chamber, a cleaning chamber and a condensingpipe; a breather pipe communicates between the steam generating chamber and the cleaning chamber; one end of the breather pipe is connected on the top part of the steam generating chamber; the otherend of the breather pipe is connected on the top part of the cleaning chamber; the cleaning chamber is provided with a placing rack for placing morel; the condensing pipe is bent in a fold line and connected on the opposite side walls of the cleaning chamber; the two end parts of the condensing pipe are both located outside the cleaning chamber; and the condensing pipe is located above the placingrack. Produced steam in the steam generating chamber enters into the cleaning chamber via the breather pipe; cool water is introduced into the condensing pipe in the cleaning chamber; the steam liquefies into liquid after cool
