The invention provides a pump body assembly, a compressor and a heat exchange device. The pump body assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a pressure adjusting structure and an adjusting part, wherein arotor of the rotating shaft is provided with a sliding sheet groove for storing a sliding sheet; one end of the pressure adjusting structure communicates with a backpressure chamber of the sliding sheet groove while the other end of the pressure adjusting structure communicates with an inner chamber of a cylinder; the adjusting part is arranged in the pressure adjusting structure; and in case ofpressure difference between the inner chamber and the backpressure chamber, the adjusting part can slide in the pressure adjusting structure under the pressure difference, and thus a head part of thesliding sheet can be in contact with the inner surface of the cylinder all the time.
