The invention provides an elastic ball-type drilling tool applied to an ultra-short radius horizontal well. The elastic ball-type drilling tool comprises a drill rod male buckle, a drill rod body, a vulcanized rubber elastic joint, fixing ribs, balls, leaf springs and a drill rod female buckle. The elastic ball-type drilling tool can shorten the curvature radius of a well bore of a horizontal well, reduce the abrasion of the drilling tool on a guide screen pipe, and reduce the influence of downhole high temperature environment on the performance of the drilling tool. The elastic ball-type drilling tool is low in cost and easy to operate. The main function of the elastic ball-type drilling tool is that the vulcanized rubber elastic joint is used as a device for connecting a drilling tool unit, the drilling tool unit can deflect towards any angle, reduction of the curvature radius of the well bore of the horizontal well is facilitated, and vulcanized rubber is provided with high temperature resistance and does
