The method comprises the following steps: slope cleaning: the surface of a slope is finished, instable rock blocks are removed, and the surface of the slope is leveled; grooving: rock grooves are excavated in the surface of a repaired slope needing afforestation; groove cleaning: residues in the rock groovesare cleaned; groove measurement: the grooving gaps, depths and widths are measured; groove repair: the rock grooves with unqualified excavation depths or widths are filled; groove filling: afforestation substrates, seedlings and planting bags are filled in the rock grooves; spray seeding: plant seeds, insecticide and water are sprayed into the rock grooves; and curing: later maintenance is performed on the slope after ecological slope protection engineering.
