The invention discloses a goods shelf device, which comprises a goods shelf, a display and an adsorption element, wherein the goods shelf comprises a goods shelf body, multiple rows of bearing platesarranged on the goods shelf body, and bending plates formed by bending the free ends of the bearing plates; the display is arranged on the outer surfaces, which are back on the goods shelf body, of the bending plates; the adsorption element is arranged on the inner surfaces, which faces the goods shelf body, of the bending plates; the adsorption element is used for adsorbing and fixing the display. The invention also discloses a hook used for installing or disassembling the adsorption element of the goods shelf device. The hook comprises a push-and-pull plate and a hook plate formed by foldingone end of each push-and-pull plate, wherein the hook plate is inserted in the through hole of the adsorption element when the adsorption element is installed or disassembled; the push-and-pull plateis used for pushing or pul
