The invention discloses a phase-change metal heat sink. The phase-change metal heat sink is characterized by comprising a metal phase-change layer, a spacer layer and a connecting layer which are successively arranged from top to bottom, wherein the spacer layer is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the spacer layer vertically; the metal phase-change layer is arranged in the through hole; and a gap is formed between the outer edge of the metal phase-change layer and the inner wall of the through hole.
