The invention provides a pixel circuit and a pixel matrix. The pixel circuit comprises a selection transistor, a drive transistor, a light emitting element, a first capacitor and a reference transistor. The selection transistor is coupled to a grid line and a data line. A control electrode of the drive transistor is coupled to the selection transistor, and a first electrode of the drive transistoris coupled to a power line. The light emitting element emits light according to a current provided by the drive transistor. The first capacitor comprises a first terminal point coupled to the drive transistor and a second terminal point coupled to a transmission signal line. A control electrode of the reference transistor is coupled to a reference signal line which provides an adjustable voltageswitched between a first predetermined level and a second predetermined level.
