The polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion has particle dispersion uniformity, high solid content and stable aging resistance, and fiber or a geotextile material obtained by finishing with an impregnation or coating method has improved strength, reduced strength loss ratio after ultraviolet aging and a good ultraviolet radiation resisting effect. 本发明提供了种土工布生产方法,所述土工布生产方法包括:获取土工布原料;通过聚四氟乙烯乳液对所述土工布原料进行制备工艺整理,制得垃圾填埋场用高强抗老化土工布。简单易操作,可实现工业化连续生产的要求。聚四氟乙烯乳液粒子分散均,含固量高,抗老化性能稳定,用浸渍或涂层法整理后的纤维或土工材料,强力提升、紫外老化后强力损失率降低,抗紫外线辐射效果好。
