The geotextile production method is simple and easy to operate and can meet the requirement of industrial continuous production. The polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion has particle dispersion uniformity, high solid content and stable aging resistance, and fiber or a geotextile material obtained by finishing with an impregnation or coating method has improved strength, reduced strength loss ratio after ultraviolet aging and a good ultraviolet radiation resisting effect. 本发明提供了种土工布生产方法，所述土工布生产方法包括：获取土工布原料；通过聚四氟乙烯乳液对所述土工布原料进行制备工艺整理，制得垃圾填埋场用高强抗老化土工布。简单易操作，可实现工业化连续生产的要求。聚四氟乙烯乳液粒子分散均，含固量高，抗老化性能稳定，用浸渍或涂层法整理后的纤维或土工材料，强力提升、紫外老化后强力损失率降低，抗紫外线辐射效果好。
