The invention discloses a conditioning agent for sludge treatment. The conditioning agent is prepared from 36 to 72 parts of desulfurization ash, 5 to 16 parts of manganese salt, 5 to 26 parts of ironsalt and 2 to 16 parts of aluminum salt; meanwhile, the invention discloses an application method of the conditioning agent; the application method comprises the steps of preparing the conditioning agent, conditioning sludge, preparing a flocculating agent solution and dehydrating the sludge. Compared with the prior art, a framework is constructed in sludge to keep a fluid channel; interface tension between a solid and liquid is reduced and water in a sludge floc network is released, so that the water in the sludge is easily and deeply released. 本发明公开了种污泥处理调理药剂，包括脱硫灰36～72份；锰盐5～16份；铁盐5～26份；铝盐2～16份；同时，公开了该调理药剂的使用方法，包括调理药剂的制备、污泥调质、絮凝剂溶液制备与污泥脱水。相比现有技术，本发明在污泥内部构建骨架保持流体通道，减少固液之间的界面张力，使污泥絮体网格中所含的水分得以释放，从而有利于污泥中的水分深度脱出。
