A cooling device (10) is provided with a pump (15) disposed at a position outside a space through which a relative air flow flows and supplying air; and a front grille (11) disposed at an introductionopening (2) into which the relative air flow is introduced. The front grille (11) is provided at a position facing a radiator (13) and has at least one hollow support member (111) configured so thatair can flow through the inside thereof. The discharge section (111b) of the pump, from which air is discharged, is connected to the support member so that air discharged from the discharge section will flow into the space (111a) within the support member.
