The invention provides an evaluation device with which it is possible to evaluate the operations of an occupant leading to energy savings for a vehicle air conditioner. The evaluation device is provided with a set temperature evaluation unit (S004), an eco-driving evaluation unit (S010), and notification units (S011, S012). The set temperature evaluation unit determines the set temperature evaluation value (TAOJG) on the basis of a set temperature (Tset) set by an occupant (48) as a desired value for the vehicle-interior temperature (TR), the set temperature evaluation value (TAOJG) being an index indicating energy savings of a vehicle air conditioner (10). The eco-driving evaluation unit determines an eco-driving evaluation value (ACECOJG) on the basis of at least the set temperature evaluation value.
