Summary: | The invention relates to a biomass-spectrometry relative quantification method for the DNA methylase subtypes of zebrafish. Seven subtypes of the DNA methylase of zebrafish are involved in the invention and comprise DNMT1, DNMT3, DNMT4, DNMT5, DNMT6, DNMT7 and DNMT8. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreatment of protein samples; step 2, preparation of a standard curve; and step3, determination of the content of the DNMT subtypes in the protein samples. The method provided by the invention adopts a plurality of specific peptide fragments for analysis and quantification of each DNMT subtype simultaneously, eliminates errors brought by sample treatment and determination and is improved in accuracy.
