Summary: | The invention relates to a parallel assembly double-arch out-of-plane instability experimental loading device. The device comprises jack base adjusting blocks, tension and compression jacks, stand columns, a bottom beam, a counter-force beam, sliding grooves, rolling shafts and rigid wedge blocks.
