The circuit control pressure proportion hydraulic flow dividing system comprises an oil tank, a flow dividing valve, a metering pump, an electric motor and a proportional control circuit unit; one output end of the flow dividing valve is connected with a first electric-hydraulic proportional pressure valve and a first stop valve, the other output end of the flow dividing valve is connected with a second electric-hydraulic proportional pressure valve and a second stop valve, the first electric-hydraulic proportional pressure valve is connected with a first proportional amplifier, and the proportional control circuit unit is connected with the first proportional amplifier and a second proportional amplifier. Two output branches of the proportional control circuit unit serve as executing elements, through control over displacement of an electric brush of a potentiometer, the voltage ratio of twooutput branches is contro
