The invention provides a flame-retardation waterproof paint and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof paint comprises the following components: polyisocyanate, chlorinated paraffin, a catalyst,a latent curing agent, a chain extender, octyl epoxy stearate, magnesium hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, mannitol, polyepoxysuccinic acid, sodium benzotriazole, hydroxybenzoic acid propylester, and lignosulfonic acid. The waterproof paint is suitable for construction of a wood building roofing, and has the advantages of strong adhesion force with a wood base surface, good waterproof effect, and good flame retardation effect. 本发明提供种阻燃防水涂料及其制备方法，所述防水涂料包括以下成分：多异氰酸酯、氯化石蜡、催化剂、潜固化剂、扩链剂、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、甘露醇、聚环氧琥珀酸、苯骈三氮唑钠、羟基苯甲酸丙酯、木质素磺酸。本发明防水涂料适用于木质建筑屋面施工，与木质基面粘结力强，防水效果好，阻燃效果好。
