The method comprises the steps that the logging data of the regional destination layer to beforecasted are acquired; the destination layer reservoir space is depicted according to the logging data and different pore structures so as to construct the equivalent dielectric of the destinationlayer; the elasticity modulus of the rock matrix in the equivalent dielectric and the elasticity modulus of the dry rock in the equivalent dielectric are determined; the elasticity modulus of the equivalent dielectric is determined according to the elasticity modulus of the rock matrix and the elasticity modulus of the dry rock; and the shear wave curve of the destination layer is forecasted according to the logging data and the elasticity modulus of the equivalent dielectric.
