The invention discloses a laser-assisted binocular ranging system which comprises a binocular ranging module and a laser-assisted ranging module. The binocular ranging module comprises two camera assemblies which are arranged in a machine body with spacing. Two camera assemblies are in signal connection with a data processing unit arranged in the machine body respectively. The laser-assisted ranging module is arranged between two camera assemblies. The laser-assisted ranging module comprises a height ranging module and a horizontal ranging module. The height ranging module and the horizontal ranging module are in signal connection with the data processing unit respectively.
