Summary:A memory card circuit includes a memory card and an interface circuit and also includes a voltage increasing and decreasing module. An enabling terminal of the voltage increasing and decreasing moduleis connected with a working voltage terminal of the interface circuit. The input terminal of the voltage increasing and decreasing module is connected with an input power source of the interface circuit so as to increase and decrease the input power source. The output terminal of the voltage increasing and decreasing module is connected with a working voltage terminal of the memory card so as toprovide stable voltage for the memory card.
