Summary:Provided is a method for producing roll paper. The method comprises: a step of producing coiled materials (L) of paper materials through making predetermined amount of paper web (W) surround corresponding longitudinal axis; a step of cutting the coiled materials (L) in a horizontal manner to obtain reels (RO) in predetermined length; and an intermediate step of conveying the coiled materials (L) from a rewinder (R) which produces the coiled materials (L) to a cutting machine (CM) which cuts the coiled materials (L) in a horizontal manner.
