Summary: | The invention relates to a method for fault monitoring, a device, a control unit and a system thereof. The system comprises the components of at least one current senor which is used for continuouslysensing current magnitude of a motor for outputting rotation movement in a movable system and outputting a sensing signal that indicates the sensed current magnitude, wherein the mobile system at least comprises a motion converting component which is used for converting rotation motion to linear motion and a workpiece that is driven by linear movement; at least one vibration sensor which is used for continuously sensing vibration magnitude of the motion converting component and outputting the sensing signal that indicates the sensed vibration magnitude; and a control unit which is used for determining whether a fault of the movable system occurs based on the received sensing signal of at least one current sensor and at least one vibration sensor.
