Summary:Disclosed are an electroluminescent display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The electroluminescent display device includes a first bank on a substrate, an anode electrode extending to one side and another side of the first bank in an area exposed by the first bank, a second bank on each of one side and another side of the anode electrode, a light emitting layer on an upper surface of the anode electrode exposed by the second bank, and a cathode electrode on the light emitting layer.
