The invention discloses a building anti-seismic floor structure with anti-seismic elastic materials. The building anti-seismic floor structure comprises a frame body, the frame body is divided into adamping plate and a fixed plate, the front and rear ends of the frame body is of a mortise and tenon joint structure to improve the stability between floors and prevent scattering; the interior of thedamping plate is provided with a buffer layer which is filled with the anti-seismic elastic materials, a vacuum layer and a placing layer from top to bottom, and a damping assembly is arranged at themiddle portion in the vertical direction of the frame body. The damping assembly comprises a bayonet lock, a U-shaped fixator, a slow force ball, a sustained-releasing connecting plate, and longitudinal protective ribs; the sustained-releasing connecting plate is a stretching device which becomes narrow from top to bottom; the hollow slow force ball is fixed to the interior of the U-shaped fixator through a spring by the c
