The invention discloses modified oxidized graphene lubricating oil. The modified oxidized graphene lubricating oil comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of base oil, 1 to 3 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.01 to 1 part of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol, 0.1 to 2 parts of diphenylamine, 0.1 to 1 part of sorbitan fatty acid ester, 0.1 to 1 part of dimethicone, 0.1 to 2parts of sodium citrate and 1 to 10 parts of polyphosphazene coated oxidized graphene.
