Provided is an air blowing instrument pipeline reverse-blowing device which comprises an air blowpipe; the air blowpipe extends to a waste liquid storage tank; the other end of the air blowpipe is connected with a pressing/acid filling buffer tank of the reverse-blowing device through a pressing/pickling stop valve; the pressing/acid filling buffer tank is connected with an acid adding tunnel through an acid inlet stop valve; the air blowpipe is connected to a stop valve through a pipe and then is connected with a differential pressure/ pressure transmitter, an air filtering pressure-reducingvalve and the pressing/acid filling buffer tank of the reverse-blowing device; the connecting pipe connected to the differential pressure/ pressure transmitter passes through the transmitter stop valve; the pipe connected to the pressing/acid filling buffer tank of the reverse-blowing device passes through the pressing reverse-blowing stop valve; the air filtering pressure-reducing valve is connected with a gas source mai
