Summary: | The invention discloses a 03Cr13Ni5Co9Mo5 stainless steel material and a laser selective melting forming method thereof. The chemical composition of the above alloy comprises, by mass, 12.5-13.5% of elemental Cr, 4.5-6.0% of elemental Ni, 4.0-5.0% of elemental Mo, 8.0-9.0% of elemental Co, 0-0.04% of elemental C, 0-0.5% of elemental Si, 0-0.7% of elemental Mn, and the balance of elemental Fe. Themethod comprises the following steps: vacuum smelting and gas atomization pulverizing, laser selective melting forming, and annealing treatment in a vacuum heat treatment furnace. The room temperaturetensile strength of the material obtained after the heat treatment exceeds 1230 MPa, the yield strength is not less than 980 MPa, the elongation is not less than 15%, and the low-temperature impact toughness at -196 DEG C is not less than 35 J, so the requirements of aerospace products for the strength and the plasticity of 03Cr13Ni5Co9Mo5 stainless steel members are met.
