The invention discloses a target position analysis system and method. Through the system and the method of the invention, the probability that a job seeker gets a target position can be predicted based on the actual historical recruitment data. As the analysis node is based on historical data, namely, the probability is estimated based on actual results, the analysis result is more realistic and the result data is more accurate compared with the traditional mode of analysis based on prior demand.
