Summary:The invention provides a laser riveting method. The laser riveting method comprises the steps of machining a first hole in a first metal part, fixing a second metal part to the surface, with the firsthole, of the first metal part; and performing laser welding on the position, corresponding to the first hole, of the second metal part, melting part of the second metal part and filling the first hole with the melt so that the first metal part and the second metal part can be riveted. The first metal part and the second metal part riveted according to the laser riveting method have high rivetingforce, the depth of a melting bath is conveniently controlled, and the melting bath is complete. 本发明提出种激光铆接方法,包括:在第金属件上加工第孔;将第二金属件固定在所述第金属件具有所述第孔的表面上;对所述第二金属件对应所述第孔的位置进行激光焊接,使部分所述第二金属件熔化并填充所述第孔,以将所述第金属件与所述第二金属件铆接。经上述激光铆接方法铆接后的第金属件与第二金属件之间具有较高的铆合力,熔池的深度便于控制,且熔池较完整。
