Summary: | The invention relates to a novel-structure compound extracted from chrysanthemum morifolium, a preparation method of the compound and application of the pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of drugs for preventing and treating neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. Pharmacological experiments prove that the compound is capable of effectivelyinhibiting hydrogen peroxide induced neuron damage, simultaneously has relatively strong DPPH free radical scavenging capacity, good resistance to Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease and can be used for preparing the drugs for preventing and treating Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
