The invention discloses a method for preparing manganese sulfate by a membrane distillation technology. The method comprises the steps of filtering, heating, membrane evaporation and crystallization,etc. According to the method, the membrane evaporation and crystallization technology is adopted creatively, and corresponding membrane evaporation and crystallization system is set up. The membrane distillation process can be carried out simply by maintaining proper temperature on two sides of the membrane, without heating a solution to the boiling point; and the utilization of low-grade heat sources such as solar energy and waste heat is possible, and the method is very suitable for the factories including a smeltery and the cost of traditional evaporation and concentration technology can begreatly saved. 本发明公开了种膜蒸馏结晶技术制备硫酸锰的方法，包括过滤、加热以及膜蒸发结晶等步骤。本发明创造性的使用膜蒸发结晶技术，并搭建了相应的膜蒸发结晶系统。膜蒸馏过程无需将溶液加热到沸点，只要膜两侧维持适当温差即可进行，因此使太阳能和废旧余热等低品位热源的利用成为可能，非常适用于冶炼厂等工厂环境，节约大量传统蒸发浓缩工艺的成本。
