Summary: | The invention provides a 3D image management method for treating myopia or amblyopia. 2D images are converted into dynamically changeable 3D images. The 3D images comprise a left parallax image and aright parallax image which respectively correspond to a left eye and a right eye of a human body. The left eye only can see the left parallax image. The right eye only can see the right parallax image. When the 3D images are played at a terminal, parameters of the left parallax image and the right parallax image can be independently adjusted according to a demand of a user. The parameters of the other image are not influenced by the adjustment of the parameters of one image.
