The embodiments of the present invention provide a target object detection method, a target object device and an electronic apparatus. The target object detection method includes the following steps that: the motion states of at least one target object in a second video frame are predicted through using a first neural network according to the feature points of the at least one target object in a first video frame, a motion state prediction result is obtained, wherein the first video frame is a current video frame, and the second video frame is a subsequent video frame of the current video frame; the positions of the target objects in the second video frame are predicted through using a second neural network according to the feature points of the target objects, so that a position prediction result is obtained; the position prediction result is matched with a position detection result; and the motion states of the target objects are determined according to a matching result and the motion state prediction resu
