The venturi mixer comprises a mainstream fluid inflow pipeline, a mainstream fluid shrinkage section, a mainstream fluid throat pipeline, a mainstream fluid diffusion section, a mainstream fluid outflow pipeline and an introduction pipeline; the porous orifice plate is welded on the inner wall of the mainstream fluid throat pipeline; a big hole is formed in the middle of the porous orifice plate, and four small holes are distributed around the big hole. The axis of the big hole formed in the porous orifice plate is coincided with that of a mainstream venturi tube, and the included angles between the axes of the small holes formed in the porous orifice plate and the axis of the mainstream venturi tube are 45 degrees.
