The deoxidizing device comprises a shell, an inlet water mixing pipe, a mixed water guide pipe, a steam inlet pipe, asteam guide pipe, intumescent tubes and an atomizing nozzle. The deoxidizing device is characterized in that the inlet water mixing pipe and the steam inlet pipe are separately mounted on the upper part of the shell; the mixed water guide pipe is transversely connected to the lower end of the inlet water mixing pipe; the steam guide pipe is transversely connected to the lower end of the steam inlet pipe; the intumescent tubes are uniformly distributed on the lower side of the transverse steam guide pipe vertically; the atomizing nozzle is arranged on the lower side of the mixed water guide pipe above the steam guide pipe; an oxygen removal pipe is mounted on the upper part of the shell; and a water outlet pipe is mounted on the lower side of the shell.
