Summary:The invention provides an aging process of a 6063 aluminum alloy section. The aging process comprises the steps that an aluminum alloy cast ingot is heated, extruded, pulled and straightened and sawnand is subject to aging to obtain the aluminum alloy section; the aging temperature ranges from 170 DEG C to 180 DEG C; and the aging time ranges from 7 h to 9 h. According to the aging process, the specific aging temperature and aging time are adopted, and the prepared 6063 aluminum alloy section can obtain the good mechanical property such as yield strength, strength of extension and percentageelongation after fracture. The aging process of the 6063 aluminum alloy section is especially suitable for preparing a total aluminum automobile body section which is complex in shape and is providedwith many cavities. 本发明提供了种6063铝合金型材的时效工艺,包括:将铝合金铸锭进行加热、挤压、拉矫、锯切和时效,得到铝合金型材;所述时效的温度为170~180℃;所述时效的时间为7~9小时。本发明通过采用特定的时效温度和时效时间,使制备得到的6063铝合金型材获得较好的力学性能,如屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率。本发明提供的6063铝合金型材的时效工艺尤其适用于制备形状复杂、型腔较多的全铝车身型材。
